RETURN/EXCHANGE
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be given as web credit or exchange only. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed and have all store hang tags attached. We will gladly accept in store returns within the 14 days. Aspasia's Boutique has the right to refuse any items that do not meet our return policy. Sale items, under garments and apothecary items such as candles and perfumes are Final Sale. When making returns, enclose a copy of your invoice along with the reason for return. Items being returned should be sent via UPS or Fedex. Aspasia's Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Currently Aspasia's Boutique only offers Domestic shipping. Once an order is placed please allow 3 days for your items to be processed and shipped. We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. Orders will be shipped Monday-Friday, excluding any Holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully sent. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your package via our website by entering your order number.
MODIFYING ORDERS
Can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept COD's. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.
GIFT CARDS
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are available for purchase online. We offer gift cards in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. If you should require to purchase a larger dollar amount not featured on our website, feel free to call us directly and we'll be able to assist you. Gift cards are delivered using USPS, with no shipping charges. You may choose to have your gift cards shipped using another shipping method at an additional cost.
